Refund Policy
At Sanatan Seal, we deeply value the generosity of our donors and the trust they place in our mission. To maintain transparency and compliance with regulations, we have established the following refund policy regarding donations made through our website or associated platforms.
1. General Policy

All donations made to Sanatan Seal are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

Donations are considered voluntary contributions to support our initiatives, and not payments for goods or services.

We kindly request donors to carefully review their donation amount, purpose, and details before confirming the transaction.
2. Multiple Donations / Duplicate Transactions

In case a donor has accidentally made a duplicate donation or an excessive amount due to technical error, they may contact us within 7 working days of the transaction.

After internal review and verification with our payment gateway, we may consider refunding the duplicate/excess amount.

Bank charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your card/bank account has been used fraudulently to make a donation, please notify us immediately at our official contact email/phone.

Upon verification and confirmation from the payment gateway/bank, we may initiate a refund for the unauthorized transaction.
4. Technical Errors / Failed Transactions

If a donor’s account is debited but the donation does not reflect on our system due to technical issues, we will work with the payment gateway to resolve the matter.

In such cases, the amount will either be credited to the original account or adjusted against a valid donation receipt.
5. No Refund for Completed Donations

Except for cases mentioned above (duplicate, unauthorized, or failed transactions), we do not entertain refund or cancellation requests for successfully processed donations.

All confirmed donations are final and will be utilized towards our programs, projects, and awareness activities.
